Working at C.Green & Associates is as much about about lifestyle as it is money. We organize work for multiple clients to get efficiences of scale with the best possible results at the lowest cost and lowest drain on employees (yours and ours).

In North America, business leadership has become an overwhelming, isolating, challenge. Burnout is common, and often so extreme, that senior-level executives become physically or mentally unable to continue pursuing career goals.

Many people blame it on the corporate world and opt for small business. Unfortunately, that can be just as draining. Consistently for the last thirty years, more than half of small businesses have failed within five years.

We want talented professionals to have better options. Having spent 20 years struggling to keep a small business running, our founder understood the toll it can take.
