I have to confess, I don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions. But this year, I heard a podcaster discuss using resolutions to visualize the process, not the end goal, and it stuck with me.
Each year, I work with 8-10 business owners to help them grow revenue without hiring a senior-level marketing exec. While revenue growth is a clear goal, the real challenge lies in the process—quarterly marketing maps, monthly checklists, and weekly actions.
🌟 Routine action creates lasting results. So this year, my resolution was to help leaders improve consistency by sending regular emails packed with practical tips and encouragement to keep marketing from getting overlooked.
Visualizing the process, I’m realizing I cannot to do it alone. My team is handling graphics and email management. That is your tip for this week: Stop trying to do everything on your own. Delegate. Get an accountability buddy.
